A fifteen-year-old girl with the code name “Glass Heart” is trained by a deadly Taiwanese crime organization to be a killer. Yet unable to endure such responsibility she ends up committing suicide. The organization quickly performs a heart transplant to bring Glass Heart back to life using a heart stolen from Kaori, a central character of the City Hunter animation series.
